Day Seminar

Anger is one of the most dangerous emotions but one of the easiest to understand.
Through this day workshop participants learn to control anger instead of letting anger control them. The participants will learn many methods to diffuse anger practically instead of expressing anger, and experience transformation in themselves through many activities and exercises.
We will explore:

The need of our real self is not to 'take in' anything but to 'give out' what is already there. And as all those who 'do life' with love will tell us, when everything is given and done with love the one who is nourished and empowered first is the giver. The search for love ends with the realization that love is not an object of neediness, not 'something' that can be acquired, not something to ‘fall into’. You already are and always will be 'in love' because it is what you are and always will be.
When I have learned to love and accept myself, I no longer compete with others, but enjoy encouraging them to reach for their dreams.
