Our retreats are led by experienced facilitators and teachers of meditation. They give their time freely to help others see the inner changes which are necessary to cultivate a deeper contentment, and a greater joy, in an often chaotic world. Each retreat is an opportunity to explore insights into the true nature of existence, to view our lives from a detached perspective, and to learn practical methods to sustain calm and clarity in everyday living. There will be time to rest, relax and explore the beautiful grounds. There are ample areas for solitude, personal study and walks. And the surrounding vistas and natural setting are ideal for reflection. Anubhuti also offers guests the opportunity to stay in a pure, serene and spiritual environment, where wholesome vegetarian meals are provided, and abstinence from alcohol and cigarettes is observed.
Anubhuti also hosts retreats to serve a broad spectrum of the community. Groups of professionals come to the Retreat Center to explore the meaning, relevance and application of spirituality in their profession. They have come from the fields of business, health, education, architecture, young adults, social services, prisons, science, and psychology.
One Day Retreats and Workshops provide an opportunity to step off the conveyor belt of life and spend time in a peaceful and spiritual atmosphere.
In two sessions, experienced facilitators offer insights and instruction into the art of learning for life. These Seminars or Workshops will take up a different aspect, such as “Inner Peace, Inner Power,” “Stress Management,” “Science and Spirituality,” “Spiritual Living in Daily Life,” or “Silence Day.” Techniques in Raja Yoga meditation will be introduced, and we'll look at the practical application of spirituality in daily life. You can also take walks through the enchanting gardens and enjoy the spectacular natural beauty of the grounds. Spend one day to re-treat yourself to the treasures of your spirit.
